For the academic year 2020-2021, up to thirty (30) students will be accepted to the specific MSc in Data Science. The Program accepts applications from graduates of University Departments in STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or other relevant specialties.
Candidates who have not yet completed their studies, but are expected to have graduated by the start of the Program in early October 2020, can also apply. All relevant certificates will need to be submitted at the time of registration.
The Studies Regulation of the "MSc in Data Science" was approved and published.

MSc Data Science participants celebrated the new year by cutting the traditional New Year cake at NCSR Demokritos premises.
On Friday 12 January 2018, Dr. Vangelis Karkaletsis, member of the MSc Committee from NCSR Demokritos, welcomed students and teachers from both institutions and performed the traditional new year cake cutting.
Student Anna Spyropoulou found this year's lucky charm and was the winner of the prize.
